Holmes as the winner of his $50,000 Twerk Scholarship. Holmes is a
19-year-old student biology student at State College of Florida.
Holmes did NOT twerk in her application video.

I hope this brings up a good point to them about the importance READING. They say it's fundamental... never knew you would miss out on $50k bc you didn't read. Then again it was a good excuse for some to let it all out and claim it's in the name of trying to win a scholarship lol.
