Eating for Health: My World Famous Kale Omelet

Kale is one of the most nutritionally dense foods per calorie that you can eat! For my people out there who don't eat meat, you know eggs are a great source of protein (6g per egg) but did you know that kale has 2g of protein per serving? This recipe will give you about 28g of protein (a 4oz hamburger patty) and plenty of other nutritional benefits powered by kale!

Here is my World Famous Kale Omelet :)

You need 3 eggs, 2 rinsed kale leaves, cheese (shredded cheddar or cubes) and olive oil

Slice off leaves from stem.
Roll it up :)

Slice!

Beat the eggs, you can also add 1/4 cup of milk for more protein, and mix in kale leaves before you pour...

Lube! :)

Pour it...

Cover it up to trap in moisture and to help your omelet rise! Cook for about 10 min on medium low.

Add cheese and let it cook for another 2 min or so.

Let it get reallllll melty...

Boom, now your famous!
